The friendly ski shop team
The staff were beyond cute. The indoor pool provided a perfect escape after a great day of skiing, and the views were amazing. Every breakfast was a feast of good choices.
Our dining experience fell short, particularly in terms of service. One evening, we struggled to make a reservation, leading to a stressful atmosphere. WiFi in the room could have been better as well.

The cozy room was immaculate. Staff were always eager to assist. The spa area was wonderful for unwinding after skiing. And the breakfast spread was a good blend of pastries and fresh omelettes.
The only downside was the massage service. Which didn't meet our expectations in terms of technique.

The atmosphere was overall pleasant, with the staff being attentive. The indoor pool and spa provided a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Some guests left the area messy, which detracted from the experience.

Breakfast was a highlight, with an ample selection including delicious cream cakes. The room lacked sufficient hooks for ski gear, and cleanliness in the spa area was compromised by some guests leaving used towels and food leftovers. Despite minor flaws, the really good service from staff, particularly in the ski shop was great.

Just a good match for a short weekend trip in Tignes with good value for price. The in-house ski rental shop made gearing up super easy, no hassles at all. Make sure to call ahead for dining reservations to avoid long waits.

The proximity to the ski slopes made it convenient to hit the slopes quickly each day. The in-house ski rental shop was a major plus, offering a hassle-free way to gear up without trekking to a separate location.
One of the disappointing quirks included the limited children's menu options. The quality of some spa treatments didn't meet expectations for the price, leaving a bit of a sour taste compared to other resorts.
